Investing is a blood sport.

For three decades, I have been investing, trading and working hard to build wealth. I have traded FX in Switzerland, been in software marketing in Silicon Valley, and managed a portfolio of real estate across the US.

I’ve invested through many market cycles: often riding the highs and sometimes suffering the lows. Over the years, I’ve had sustainable success by following a set of principles and processes that inform my decisions.

I study the macro environment, analyze business fundamentals, and use technical analysis to inform my trades, timelines and position sizes.

I believe strongly in the “three-legged stool” model:

• 1/3 equities,

• 1/3 crypto,

• 1/3 real estate.

Using math and models, I identify a few top performers in each sector to “get in early” and “get in hard.”

Although I move in with conviction, I always keep my “tap dancing shoes on” and will adjust when conditions change. Managing the unknown is important and I always size positions in proportion to their risk profile.

A path to financial freedom

Most of us work to get by, putting away some savings and hoping that our pension or social security is there when we need it later in life. Freedom means proactively taking control of your financial destiny and building assets that will work for you.

Though the path requires hard work and taking calculated risks, my formula is simple:

1) Protect your capital,

2) Find emerging alpha,

3) Invest with conviction, and

4) Adjust as conditions change.

Investing is a team sport.

I started the InvestAnswers YouTube channel in 2020 to share all that I’ve learned about the equity, crypto and real estate markets.

To my delight, a beautiful group of like-minded people have joined in from around the world to share in this journey. It is my mission to serve this wonderful community.

I share all my thoughts on the public InvestAnswers YouTube channel and share all my models and trades with the private Patreon community. Our Discord server is an exclusive group where we share research with each other, debate trades and keep an eye on market events. We look out for each other.
